About the role:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance with departmental standards
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Director to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities
- Perform other general administrative duties as required
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant is essential
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Available to start Monday 27th Feb!
