Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Monitor and manage a portfolio of contracts/suppliers to ensure value for money and effective commercial arrangements.
- Advisory Role: Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert commercial advice on contract/supplier performance, risks, and issues.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop and maintain effective and collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Business Improvements: Contribute to business improvements and innovations, streamline business processes related to contracts, reduce costs, and enable efficiencies.
- Review Leadership: Lead and manage formal contract and supplier reviews.
- Develop and manage tender processes
- Provide procurement, contractual, and commercial advice
- Plan and analyse procurement and category strategies
- Draft and negotiate contracts
- Maintain contracts and support performance management and reviews
- Handle contract variations
- Improve process and contract model
- Experience in running end-to-end tender processes
- Skilled in contract management and business writing
- Broad knowledge of procurement concepts, methodologies, and commercial practices
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship skills
