We’re seeking a skilled Programme Manager to lead the setup and delivery of a multi-agency key social Programme. This is a unique opportunity to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a complex programme that aims to improve long-term outcomes for victims of crime across Aotearoa.

You’ll be part of a small, strategic team that works across the justice sector to drive collaboration, align investment, and deliver bold, evidence-informed change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the establishment and planning of the programme to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, deliverables, milestones, costs, and resource needs.
• Set up evaluation frameworks, reporting systems, and benefits planning.
• Identify and manage interdependencies across multiple projects.
• Provide mentorship and promote best practice project management.
• Champion a continuous improvement mindset and collaborative culture.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in programme management, especially in early-stage programme setup.
• Strong background in stakeholder engagement and cross-agency collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and evolving environments.
• Experience in the justice or social sector is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• A formal qualification in business, programme management, or equivalent experience.
