Responsibilities will include providing support to the project manager and team, maintaining workstream progress, risk register and calendars, minute taking, financial administration, drafting documentation, developing communication material, coordinating travel, meetings, and workshops, and support as required.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Previous experience within a government agency
  • Exposure in project support
  • Resilience and empathy when dealing with sensitive subject matter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An interest in developing your project coordination expertise
