Are you an experienced Project Coordinator or Administrator? If you are, we have an exciting role for you as a Project Administrator/ Coordinator at a role within a high-profile Government agency, commencing immediately for 3-4 months duration. We are seeking a proactive individual who can use their initiative and set up new processes and systems in place. Hours of work are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday. A competitive hourly rate is on offer.
- Commencing ASAP for 3months
- $30.00- $40.00 depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:
- Assist the project managers with planning, reporting and logistics.
- Set up schedules for an audit
- Book travel and accommodation for auditors
- Prepare documents
- Take minutes of meetings (action points)
- Data entry of information into excel spreadsheet
- Be the first point of contact and liase with multiple agencies
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Proven Project Administration/Coordination experience
- Be okay with setting up new systems and processes and changing timelines
- Excellent communication
- Be organized and excellent time management
- Previous government experience advantageous but not neccessary.
