Do you have strong communication skills, relationship management and coordination experience? We are looking for a Project Coordinator with strong stakeholder engagement commencing ASAP for 3 months. The role involves:

  • Temporary assignment commencing ASAP for 3 months
  • Hourly rate ranging from $50-$55p/h depending on experience
  • Project helping within the Covid 19 space

Day to day duties would involve:

  • Tracking and reporting
  • Working along side EA's and the managers
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Completing administrative tasks as required

The successful candidate will:

  • Experience in previous project coordination
  • Confident with Microsoft Office
  • Highly regarded Internal/External stakeholder engagement
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

To Be Eligible for the Temporary Opportunities You Must:

  • Have a relevant Work Visa or New Zealand Permanent Residency/Citizenship
  • Have a notice period of a max of 5 days due to an immediate start
