In between jobs and looking for a long-term role until March 2023?

Our client is looking for a receptionist for a very busy office. You will be reporting to the office manager and work with a great team.

What is on offer:

Duties:

  • Support the team with general administration
  • Answering the phones in a friendly manner
  • Create service calls and send to the correct team
  • Data entry
  • Give clients a good customer experience

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to positively engage with people
  • Can-do attitude
  • Previous experience in customer services dealing with high call volume
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
