About the role:
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to help in the development and delivery of ICT projects. You will be working with various business users and development teams across various stages of projects.
Skills and experience required:
- Essential: Banking/finance sector experience.
- 5+ years practical experience as a Senior Business Analyst
- Exposure to Merchant Acquiring/Transaction Switching would be advantageous.
- Ability to articulate and define non-functional requirements.
- Experience having coached and mentored BA teams.
- Proficient in Business Analysis tools & techniques and high-level data analysis
- Proven experience in Stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
