We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work with an existing team of BA’s on a diverse range of IT projects with an integration focus within a large, complex organisation.  You will need to have excellent stakeholder management skills as well as proven technical project experience. This role will also give you the opportunity to coach and mentor more junior members of the team, to ensure best practice and better ways of working.

To be considered you must have:

• Prior integration experience – understanding concepts, protocols, and patterns as well as MuleSoft proficiency,
• Prior systems migration experience,
• Reverse engineering capability,
• Strong documentation skills,
• Leadership skills,
• Stakeholder engagement skills – working at all levels,
• Critical thinking skills,
• Problem solving skills,
• Excellent communication skills.
