- Senior Change Manager
- 12 week contract role with potential extension to June 2026
- Auckland CBD location
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing an overall change management plan covering business process change, stakeholder readiness, and communications
- Completing the identification of all stakeholders affected by a business process/systems change
- Confirm level of impact on business processes down to a detailed level
- Work with BAs to align the solution requirements with the business processes
- Raise awareness to the level needed to make the change happen
- Identify where the business impact would be unacceptable in terms of business risk, and escalate that.
- Communicate to ensure all stakeholders have clear understanding of what is happening and when
- Plan and facilitate overall comms about the project throughout the organisation, (ie upwards as well as to stakeholder groups), coordinating with key team members to write comms and present comms to leaders
- Overall training in coordination with the training team(s) – needs analysis, training approach, input into training design, assessment of training effectiveness on change readiness
