I am searching for a strong Intermidiate or Senior HR Advisor to join this fantastic team on a permanent basis.

You will be working in partnership with Managers and Leaders to support and drive People Strategy, and deliver improved employee outcomes. In addition to this, you will actively collaborate across the entire Human Resource function to ensure strong alignment in the development and delivery of the HR work Programme and services, This will involve taking a proactive leadership role in the development and implementation of best practice HR policy, processes and support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide holistic workforce planning to support managers for current and future capability needs.
- Provide advice and contribute to talent management strategies.
- Actively coach and support managers and leaders in making decisions that are supportive of Equity and D&I frameworks.
- Partnering with others to effectively deliver the HR aspects of organisational initiatives, change proccesses, and projects.
- Support managers in the implementation of OD initiatives thrugh advice, guidance and knowledge sharing, coaching and mentoring.
- Participate in and lead team initiatives and projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant HR Advisory experience
- Strong relationship management, effective communicator and influencer
- Solid Employement legislation and ER knowledge.
