An amazing opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor for a 12-month Fixed Term contract in Auckland CBD. As the key point of contact for all managers, this role will provide expert strategic, operational and generalist HR/ER advisory support.
This role will work with a collaborative HR team where people are encouraged and empowered to grow and develop.
Requires someone that is hands on, proactive and innovative. A confident communicator, with a proven track record of coaching leaders, to enhance overall capability in people management.
Day to day you could expect to work on:
- HR Advisory
- Coaching managers
- Employee relations
- Recruitment
- Payroll
- HR systems
This role is perfect for someone who has proven work experience in HR, a sound understanding of NZ employment legislation and is results focused and enthusiastic.
