An opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to work 20 to 30 hours negotiable. Role is located in Christchurch and requires an experienced HR generalist to join an engaged, positive and committed team. Will provide both strategic and operational end-to-end HR support. Role reports to GM Corporate, Strategy and Insights and works closely with the leadership team.
This role will have an emphasis on leading HR projects that support the current change that is happening within the organisation. Strong operational HR support required.

This role requires an individual who demonstrates broad HR knowledge and experience implementing HR and ER policies, initiatives and programmes. Proven project/change management skills and experience ideal.
