An amazing opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor for a 12-month Fixed Term contract in South Auckland.  This role will provide HR and ER advice and guidance, monitor and provide training on recruitment best practice and assist the P&C Manager to achieve HR strategic objectives.

This role will work with a supportive HR team where people are encouraged and empowered to grow and develop.  Requires someone that is hands on, proactive and solutions focused that can get things done.

• Recruitment and Induction
• HR systems
• Coaching managers
• Performance management
• Change management
• H&S

This role is perfect for someone who has proven work experience in HR, a sound understanding of NZ employment legislation and is results focused and enthusiastic.
