This role offers variety in terms of what you will be working on at any given time.
Primarily your responsibilities will sit around the provision of advice, guidance, analysis and delivery of effective and efficient generalist HR services. There is a small “change piece” to this role so any experience with change management is advantageous.
The organisation can offer some flexible working options including one to two days per week of work from home.
As a senior member of the team, whilst you will not have any direct reports, but you will have a role in terms of mentoring HR Advisors.
