HR has a very important role in the organisation, to assist the team to deliver on the people strategy by providing targeted advice, support and guidance to Managers on all people-related issues and deliver on an exceptional employee experience across the organisation.
You will be involved in various national initiatives and projects across organisational change, policy refresh , ER and IR support.
To be successful in the role you will need to be able to provide senior level generalist HR advisory and leadership advice and be able to lift the capability of Managers through coaching, advice and support.
You will build effective relationships, and work with Managers to improve and maintain effective people management.
There will be facilitation of training on a broad range of HR matters- inclusive of performance management , recruitment,induction, ER, remuneration, recognition and reward, leadership development and change management.
