Our client has engaged us exclusively to recruit this exciting opportunity, reporting into the Director P&C and a member of the P&C leadership team you will be responsible for leading the thinking around the future of work and will develop solid OD frameworks and initiatives to support the Group’s strategy.
The role:
- Collaborate with the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Well-being to ensure initiatives align with the DE&I and Te Ao Maori work
- Provide leadership and day-to-day management to the OD and Employee Insights team
- The Senior Manager OD and Employee Experience also leads the Employee Insights and Rewards team, to apply a strategic lens and measure success against outcomes
- Look at building the organisations leadership capability
About you:
- Significant and proven experience implementing and delivering OD strategies and frameworks
- Proven thought leadership skills and demonstrated creative thinking
- Strong and influential communication style
