Our client has engaged us exclusively to recruit this exciting opportunity, reporting into the Director P&C and a member of the P&C leadership team you will be responsible for leading the thinking around the future of work and will develop solid OD frameworks and initiatives to support the Group’s strategy.

The role:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Well-being to ensure initiatives align with the DE&I and Te Ao Maori work
  • Provide leadership and day-to-day management to the OD and Employee Insights team
  • The Senior Manager OD and Employee Experience also leads the Employee Insights and Rewards team, to apply a strategic lens and measure success against outcomes
  • Look at building the organisations leadership capability

About you:

  • Significant and proven experience implementing and delivering OD strategies and frameworks
  • Proven thought leadership skills and demonstrated creative thinking
  • Strong and influential communication style
