My client is currently seeking a senior IT recruiter to join their team.  As a senior recruiter you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to managing job offers on onboarding new hires.  You will work closely with hiring managers across New Zealand and Australia to understand their needs and to develop recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

You will have a minimum of 3-4 years recruitment experience, with a strong record of sourcing and hiring top IT talent.  You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
