Senior Site Manager

This is a main contractor that has built a successful track record with delivering key government projects across healthcare, schools, universities and other social infrastructure projects. They have a huge depth of construction expertise delivering stand out technically challenging projects.  They are actively growing and offer long term security of work. 

They are now looking for a senior site manager to take ownership of a key industrial project. 

You will be:

* Managing the on-site construction team
* Managing sub-contractors
* Driving the construction program
* Manage site OSH
* Conduct site inductions


Your background will include:

* 10+ years previous Site Management experience delivering complex commercial projects in excess of $50M
* Tertiary and/or trade qualifications
* Strong track record of delivering projects at a high quality and on time
* Strong understanding of construction techniques
* Excellent working knowledge of programming and reading plans
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to be proactive, graft through the challenges and handle a fast-paced working environment

$170K - $180K pending experience
