We are looking for 3 Service Desk Analysts to join this well-known organisation in Auckland City. These are 3 months contracts with immediate starts.
To be considered you will have:
- Prior Service Desk or Helpdesk experience
- Technical support experience and knowledge to help resolve level 1 - 1.5 issues
- ITIL knowledge
- Active Directory experience
- MS Office 365 experience
You will be a first poitn of contact for calls and emails to the service desk, so you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prioritise and update tickets and incidents as they come into the team.
