The Role
This support role would be looking after an internal team helping them with their IT needs from setup to ongoing support. 

About You
  • 2-3 Years in a similar role
  • Extraordinary customer service and trouble shooting skills 
  • Fast efficient resolution of support tickets onsite or remote
  • Documentation of issues/sys process
  • Support on PC hardware and software
  • Share and support your peers
  • Analyse support data to ensure efficiency
  • Strong Microsoft skills

  • SAP
  • Hybris 
  • Office 365
  • Citrix
