Our client is looking for an experienced technology professional to inspire, mentor and lead their passionate delivery team who deliver business analysis, process improvement, technical support and digital projects to the organisation.

You will lead and develop a team of trusted advisors, that partner with the business to challenge the status quo, solve problems and enable opportunities to continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their staff and customers.

Our ideal candidate is one that can think outside of the box, challenge the status quo and implement great solutions while putting your technical and management experience to use.

About the role:

  • Play a key part in the development of the organisation’s technology strategy, roadmaps, and its implementation across the organisation
  • Work across the organisation to translate requirements into opportunities and solutions
  • Prioritise and manage enterprise-wide projects that impact an entire organisation and our customers
  • Ensuring solutions align to architecture principles, maximising the investment in our technology landscape
  • Work closely with service providers to ensure cost-effective, reliable, and fit for purpose technology and service delivery

About you:

  • 5 years' experience in a management role
  • A passion for technology and have an eye for continuous improvement
  • Experience in the technical delivery of an enterprise ERP system implementation
  • Proven experience in project management frameworks include agile
  • Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team to deliver great outcomes
  • To be a trusted advisor and skilled communicator who can build effective professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders both technical and non-technical
  • To be customer centric

To have great judgement, attention to detail with the ability to multitask and be committed to seeing things through to completion.
