About the role: 

You will be a vital part of our organization, providing essential administrative support to our teams and ensuring their efficient operations. Your strong organizational skills, proactive nature, and excellent communication abilities will be essential to maintaining a collaborative and productive work environment.

Duties:

  • Collaborate and manage team schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring optimal time management and avoiding conflicts.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating team events, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Maintain team records, databases, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Handle team correspondence, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and ensure a smooth integration process.
  • Collaborate with different departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary.
  • Provide general administrative support to various team members as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between team members and upper management, conveying information and feedback effectively.

About You:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, team support, or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, always ready to take initiative.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
