- Strong diary management skills
- Excellent communication skills for written and verbal liaison
- Stakeholder management experience
- Experience with meetings, agenda and minutes
- An ability to hit the ground running and thrive in a fluid environment
- Availability in Auckland with full eligibility to work in NZ
