- Test Analyst - Remediation
- 6 month contract until December 2024
- Wellington Based – 3 days on site and 2 days WFH
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in payroll roles or previous experience in a Holidays Act Remediation workstream, including calculation validation.
- In-depth understanding of payroll and HR systems
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- This role is vital for the Holidays Act Programme, focusing on rectifying breaches, ensuring compliance, and remediating arrears for employees.
- Reviewing breach descriptions and solutions.
- Evaluating remediation partner designs for compliance and accuracy.
- Producing test artifacts and reports, managing test conditions, and identifying quality issues. Collaborating with the Test Lead, Data Analysts, and stakeholders on remediation testing solutions.
- Providing specialist support on data quality and cleansing for accurate payment calculations.
