About the Role
Our client is a market leader in the area they operate in. As part of the Workforce & Organisation team, you will lead and contribute to a range of impactful and innovative change initiatives.
They are looking for an experienced Change Manager to be based in Auckland, New Zealand, who is passionate about helping organisation and people successfully navigate complex change.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders to enable effective change leadership, secure sponsorship, and align executive and operational teams.
- Co-create clear and compelling change visions, narratives, and roadmaps aligned to client objectives.
- Design and implement practical strategies to manage the people impacts of complex transformations.
- Assess organisational readiness, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Analyse current-state environments and map change impacts across people, processes, and technology.
- Apply agile, human-centred design and behavioural science principles to deliver engaging change experiences.
- Use storytelling techniques to design and deliver engagement activities that drive understanding and commitment.
- Design and deliver training programs and materials to support workforce readiness and capability uplift.
- Prototype, test, and refine change interventions to drive adoption and sustain outcomes.
- Track and measure adoption and progress using data-driven tools and dashboards.
- Establish and maintain effective change governance frameworks.
To be successful, you will have:
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Change Management, delivering outcomes within complex transformation programs.
- Strong consulting foundations, particularly in the change aspects of digital transformation.
- Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, business readiness, communications, training development and delivery, and adoption strategies.
- The ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments, with a curious mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience facilitating workshops and applying structured, disciplined approaches to change delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into practical solutions.
- Sound business acumen and an understanding of organisational strategy and how change initiatives drive business outcomes.
- A passion for using data and digital tools to enable and accelerate change.
