• Test Manager – Oracle ERP Implementation

We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Test Manager to join a high-impact Oracle ERP implementation project for one of our key clients in Auckland. This role sits within the client-side project team and plays a crucial part in ensuring quality delivery across a complex integration landscape.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading all client-side testing activities across a multi-stream ERP programme with 10+ integrations.
• Collaborating closely with the implementation vendor to align on test cycles and ensure delivery quality.
• Crafting and executing detailed test strategies and plans, including those for integrations and data migrations.
• Getting involved directly in testing when needed—this is a sleeves-rolled-up kind of role.
• Navigating multiple stakeholder groups in a dynamic, fast-paced delivery environment.

About you:

• Proven success as a Test Manager on large-scale ERP implementations—Oracle ERP experience highly preferred.
• Expertise across testing for systems integration, data migration, and general test cycles (e.g., SAT, UAT).
• Proficiency with Jira and other Atlassian tools.
• A collaborative mindset and a can-do attitude, ready to step in and support across the board.
