We are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager, based in Napier, for a New Zealand owned organisation. This role will give you the freedom to self-run your branch and add value with your own personality and business processes.

Duties Include:

  • Use your previous experience to self-run a branch, in conjunction with the Area Manager
  • Manage a team of 10+ staff, across customer service, logistics, supply chain and sales teams
  • Budgeting and forecasting for the branch, provision of PnL statements as well as general high-level sales administration
  • Work across a mixture of marketing, manage operational responsibilities and manage customer relationships
  • Assist with the organisation of logistics, new business and strategic decision making

What You Will Bring:

  • An understanding of the Trade industry is advantageous, as well as a previous understanding of Branch Management across logistics, customer service and dispatch/sales
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships within the building sector and lead the team by making strategic decisions
  • Experience managing a team (in any area) of more than 25 people, with a love of improving culture and supporting long standing staff
  • Strong communicator, who is confident to develop new relationships and support their team
