We are seeking a two Senior Business Analysts to help with strengthening processes and delivering two initiatives for a high profile programme.
You will be involved with the enhancement of new contact centre technology products, that will ensure a better client and customer engagement for the business.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Be able to critically evaluate information, processes, and systems to continuously identify benefit opportunities through efficiencies in documentation and processes.
- Successful experience of analysing complex issues and developing effective options for action.
- Significant experience with creating business process documentation
- Documenting current and future state processes
- Supporting the general programme, testing processes, SMEs, and Business Leads.
- Experience gathering requirements, design artefacts to support the development and configuration of new technology products
- Experience within the contact centre environment will be an advantage
