We are seeking a Business Change Analyst to deliver effective M365 Communication and Collaboration tools for the organisation. It is essential you have a good technical understanding and the ability to communicate well between the business and technology teams.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experience in coordinating Agile team ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retros
- A background in SAFe delivery framework would be ideal
- Experience in a Business Analyst role and documenting technical requirements and design processes
- Confidence with interviewing stakeholders and end-users to manage the transition to new technologies and processes
- Ability to facilitate discovery and feedback workshops
- Experience with creating user guides and training scripts
- Undertaking change analysis, change impact assessments and transition plans
- Experience with meeting room technology, Intune / Microsoft Endpoint, MS Teams, Jira and Visio is preferred
