We are seeking a Change Analyst for a large government client, initally for 3 month contract with a strong possibility for an extension. Joining two Senior Change Managers, this role will support the development of a large transformation programme focussed on public consultation for a major legislative change.
To be successful for this position you will require the following skills and experience:
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools (i.e. PROSCI)
- Experience with large-scale change management within a complex organisation
- Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Public sector experience is preferable
