We are looking for a Strategy and Architecture Practice Lead for one of our clients. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation and ensuring technology investments deliver sustainable value.
This opportunity requires a seasoned professional with the ability to bridge long-term strategic goals and actionable architectural roadmaps. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can align enterprise architecture with organizational objectives, foster innovation, and create a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Key Requirements:
- A senior technology expert, business leader, or executive, with a proven track record in technology planning and delivery and demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide architectural change within complex, multi-entity organizations.
- Strong strategic leadership skills, with the ability to translate long-term objectives into clear, actionable roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or FEAF, coupled with advanced knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
- A collaborative and inclusive leadership style, with experience building and guiding diverse, high-performing teams.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives and external partners.
