Cloud Engineer - Waikato Based
Full Time Perm
We're seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to drive the deployment and maintenance of innovative solutions, both on-premises and in the cloud.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Relevant industry certifications.
- Preferred: Current Microsoft Azure or AWS Certifications, RHCSA certification, or similar vendor certification.
Qualifications: Essential:
- 8+ years of Enterprise-level experience in Infrastructure deployment, support, and performance monitoring.
- Proficient in Microsoft Infrastructure technologies: Active Directory, Azure Entra AD, ADFS, Microsoft 365.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using tools like Microsoft PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with virtual server environments, ideally Nutanix AHV.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
- Knowledgeable in server and storage infrastructure architectures
