The Business Support and Compliance Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence across the organisation.

This position is responsible for the coordination and continuous improvement of the organisation’s Health & Safety system, Governance framework, and operational Standards to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices.

In addition, the role oversees building maintenance at the Head Office to ensure a safe and functional work environment.

Working closely with the Employee Experience team, the coordinator also contributes to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, supporting a positive, safe, and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the operation/compliance of the Health & Safety System
  • Coordinate the Governance System
  • Compliance System coordination and reporting
  • Information Management System support
  • Risk Management System & support to the Risk Management Committee
  • Coordinate the Quality Standards System
  • Support policies and procedures
To be successful in this role you will need to have strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, be well organised, have some governance and compliance knowledge and some health & safety awareness. be good with policy and documentation support.

We are looking for a minimum of 2 years in business support, compliance, governance or coordination.
