This position is responsible for the coordination and continuous improvement of the organisation’s Health & Safety system, Governance framework, and operational Standards to ensure compliance and alignment with best practices.
In addition, the role oversees building maintenance at the Head Office to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
Working closely with the Employee Experience team, the coordinator also contributes to initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, supporting a positive, safe, and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the operation/compliance of the Health & Safety System
- Coordinate the Governance System
- Compliance System coordination and reporting
- Information Management System support
- Risk Management System & support to the Risk Management Committee
- Coordinate the Quality Standards System
- Support policies and procedures
We are looking for a minimum of 2 years in business support, compliance, governance or coordination.
