- Quality Advisor

The Quality Advisor will provide advice and guidance to support the delivery of safe, effective, and tāngata and whānau-centred disability services by ensuring systems, processes, and practices meet legislative requirements and organisational quality frameworks.
The role is responsible for assisting the Service Improvement Manager to foster a culture of continuous improvement; developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives and projects; effectively managing incidents and complaints; and developing policies and processes that comply with relevant sector standards.
Key Areas of responsibility:
- Providing generalist advice and complaint management
- Policy and process updates
- Update the incident and harm prevention reporting
- Advice on health and disability standards
- Minimum 3 years experience in an advisory role in health, aged care, disability or community support sectors
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Proven expertise in quality, regulation, compliance and risk management
- Strong analytical skills, sound judgement
- Gap identification
- Experienced in stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrates a commitment to nga Tikanga me te reo Maori
