Opportunity for an experienced Health and Food Safety Consultant to join a leading food retailer with the following responsibilities:

• Maintaining and leading the Food Control Plan, protocols, documents and processes
• Maintaining Health & Safety management System
• Conduct site inspections, internal audits routines for all store and production kitchen

This is a leave cover contract that is low strategic, and will be focused on keeping the compliance and processes going- a solid background in the food environment is needed.

This is a multi-site environment around Auckland.
