Our client is a fasting moving retailer with a strong focus on Ecommerce. They are looking for a standout Digital Content Specialist with a knack for strong copy, to join their high performing marketing team.
This role is a blended content role but underpinned with a solid copywriting skillset and a knack for data. Meaning you'll write content with purpose, writing for SEO or UX to guide audiences to their destination. The perfect blend of creativity and strategy.
You'll need the ability to pivot and take initiative, as the industry shifts quickly and so your priorities can too. Building internal relationships will also be critical as well as negotiating with stakeholders to reach the best possible outcome for your audience.
You will also be working on the ecommerce platform and optimising the marketing automation, site search and product recommendation tools and trouble-shooting any issues with online tools & payment portals.
This is a work from office role where you can pick your hours, the ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Experience with writing for SEO / UX, as well as managing Metadata
- Exposure to Retail / Ecommerce / FMCG, either agency or in house
- Solid writing chops in the digital space
- Experience with reporting in Google Analytics, Power BI & Excel
- Experience with CRM and web optimisation / landing pages
