I am currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Administrator, to assist across billing, reconciliations and reporting, within a busy Finance Team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven person, who wants to learn more in the Finance space.
Duties Include:
- Process, reconcile and arrange all billing to ACC and other major clients
- Assist with processing and reconciling all incoming funds to the organisation
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to external/internal stakeholders, up to CFO level
- End-to-end Accounts Receivable processing and bank reconciliations using FMIS
- General support across financial administration to the Senior Finance Administrator
Desired Experience:
- A tertiary qualification (or other) in Finance Commerce or Accounting
- Previous experience in a Finance Administration role, or other administrative role with a knack for learning
- High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a good ability to liaise with external stakeholders using appropriate mediums
