About the Role:
We are a highly regarded, New Zealand-owned technology consultancy with a reputation for innovation and excellence. We’ve recently launched a Centre of Excellence for Generative AI (GenAI) and are seeking a Principal Consultant to lead this exciting initiative.

This is a rare opportunity to shape strategy, drive innovation, and deliver solutions that matter. • Lead discovery workshops, shape strategic roadmaps, and build business cases.
  • Prototype and deliver PoCs, demos, and reusable accelerators.
  • Advise on Responsible AI, privacy, and compliance.
  • Collaborate across teams to uplift capability and share knowledge.
  • Engage in pre-sales and client-facing activities to showcase GenAI’s potential.

What You Bring:

  • Deep knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and agent frameworks.
  • Experience with API/SDK integration and frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Functions.
  • Strong coding skills (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#).
  • Proven experience integrating GenAI into enterprise systems and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A passion for innovation and continuous learning.

Benefits:

  • Flexible, family-friendly work environment
  • Hybrid working model
  • Fully subsidised medical insurance for employees
  • Enhanced parental leave and return-to-work incentives
  • Professional development opportunities
