We are seeking an experienced and diligent Application and Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our client’s team, focusing on the operation and support of a sophisticated IT system.
In this role, you will ensure the reliability and continuity of software applications, providing critical support to maintain system stability and performance.
Expertise & Experience:
- Proven experience in the operation and support of complex IT applications and systems.
- Experience with Linux and Windows systems
- Experience with VMware and OpenShift.
- Experience with Firewalls
- Previous experience working within an ITIL framework, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to travel as required by the role.
- Ability to work outside normal business hours when necessary.
You must be in New Zealand with the legal right to work.
