• Head of Software Delivery & Data Services

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced leader to oversee software delivery and data services. This role is responsible for managing corporate applications, data integrations, and software development operations. The successful candidate will lead technical teams, ensure high availability of digital services, and contribute to the organisation's digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities;

• Lead software and data teams to deliver high-quality services
• Oversee application performance, monitoring, and incident resolution.
• Develop and maintain technology roadmaps and service catalogues.
• Manage cloud services, software licensing, and vendor relationships.
• Allocate resources for projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Promote standardised development practices and cybersecurity compliance.
• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and governance forums.
• Foster a collaborative and customer-centric team culture.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in senior ICT leadership roles (5–7 years).
• Strong background in managing technical teams and delivering business outcomes.
• Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF, Microsoft) preferred.
• Project management experience and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise technology and digital trends.
