We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Analyst for a government agency to be a part of on an exciting programme of work for a 12 month contract.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Experienced business analysis experience in an Agile development environment.
- Successful experience of leading a team of Business Analysts.
- A proven ability to design and document standard business processes and requirements across business groups including navigating the business sign off process.
- Can take the lead role for complex pieces of work and plan, manage and organise team outcomes.
- Be able to critically evaluate information, processes and systems to continuously identify benefit opportunities through efficiencies in system and process changes.
- Experience of analysing complex/ambiguous issues and successfully developing effective options for action.
- Experience specifying business requirements from different user groups to a professional standard that system developers and/or solution providers can work to.
- Demonstrated experience in applying different methods and standards of process and requirements gathering.
What's in it for you:
