About the Role:
You will manage three people and report to the Commercial Manager.  This crucial senior role provides financial reporting on the business performance, analysing financial data, providing valuable insights and supporting strategic decision-making.
You will also drive and lead the implementation of the company strategy along with driving the financial outcomes of the manufacturing plants.

This commercial role will have you developing insightful reporting and analysis tools along with advising and implementing business process and improvement.

About You:
The successful candidate will have the following:

• Relevant degree and ideally CA/CPA/CIMA qualified.
• New Zealand accounting experience within a manufacturing environment is essential
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management
• Financial analysis and modelling experience
• Ability to work at pace but still be accurate and have attention to detail
• System savvy and can work with large data sets
• Collaboration and communication are paramount to your success.

Your professional hard-working attitude, and experience in a commercial environment with a down-to-earth team will stand you in good stead for securing this role.
