Opportunity for an HR Business Partner or a Senior HR Advisor ready to step up in a global technology organisation.

Your role will be a trusted partner to Managers providing advice and coaching on HR policies, procedures and practices with the following key responsibilities:

• Employment Relations
• Performance management
• Remuneration & Benefits
• HR Branding
• Administration

To be successful in this role you will need to have at least 4 years' experience in HR in NZ at this level and have experience providing partnership to executives/managers and employment relations knowledge and experience. You will need to be a self-starter, results driven, customer-centric and strong on relationship building.
