As a Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and evolving products that deliver real customer and business value. You’ll manage the full product lifecycle — from research and discovery through to delivery and continuous improvement — while ensuring customer needs, commercial outcomes, and strategic goals are met.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll use insights and data to prioritise opportunities, define success metrics, and drive measurable impact.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Solid B2B product management experience (essential)
• Proven track record of successfully delivering products to market
• Experience in FinTech, financial services, or SaaS environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Commercially astute with a strategic mindset
• Ability to translate customer insights into product decisions
• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions (no coding required)
• Experienced with Agile delivery and leading cross-functional teams
• Data-driven and outcome-focused approach
