Lead structured testing and release processes across agile and waterfall environments. You will ensure reliable delivery of change initiatives, working closely with Business and Product Owners to plan releases, validate testing, and manage governance checkpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of test professionals.
• Define and embed test strategies and release plans.
• Manage test execution, defect tracking, and UAT coordination.
• Oversee release scheduling, risk management, and deployment planning.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication.

What You Will Bring:

• 5+ years in Test/Release Management or Software Testing.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Agile, CI/CD, and SDLC practices.
• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
