We're looking to connect with experienced Programme Change Managers ready to make a real impact in complex, dynamic environments. This is a part time role located in Christchurch.
You will bring:
- Proven expertise applying change management methodologies like PROSCI across multi-faceted organisation.
- Strong background in learning and development, including frameworks such as ADDIE
- Significant experience driving organisational change in project and programme settings
- High business acumen to deliver change that aligns with strategy and culture
- A track record of developing and executing robust change management and learning plans
- The ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
