Senior Programme Manager – Enterprise Resource Management (ERM)
Contract Duration: ASAP – 31 March 2026
Hours: 40 hours/week
Are you a strategic leader with a track record of delivering complex technology programmes? We’re looking for a Senior Programme Manager to lead Phase One of the ERM Programme, focused on upgrading Human Resources, Workforce Management, and Payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of Phase One of the ERM Programme.
- Develop and write the implementation Business Case.
- Support the planning and development of Phase Two.
- Manage multi-vendor delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Foster a positive, driven team culture.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience delivering multiple technology implementation programmes.
- Expertise in managing complex programmes within large public sector agencies.
- Strong multi-vendor delivery experience.
- Technical capability – SAP experience preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrated success in delivering large, complex technical change programmes.
- Experience in setting up commercial models.
- Strong programmatic and external treasury business case experience (e.g., Gateway, IQA).
- Effective vendor and internal stakeholder management.
- Commitment to creating a positive working environment and team culture.
