We are looking for experienced Service Desk Analysts for our well-known client. You will need to have previous experience supporting end users on the phone and via email and be able to prioritise your tickets accordingly.
To be considered you must have:
- Previous Service Desk experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional communication skills
- Experience with; Microsoft Server & Services, Microsoft Desktop, Network, Hardware, Apple, Remote Desktop Services, Backup and imaging technologies, Anti-Virus technologies, VMware and Hyper-V, ConnectWise and/or Kaseya
- O365 and modern device management experience preferred
- ITIL knowledge
- LAN and/or WAN networking knowledge
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to prioritise your workload
