About you:
- SAP experience required, detailed High Volume Solution (HVS) work order structure subject matter expertise preferred
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team and demonstrated written communication and IT skills
- An ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
- Critical thinking ability
- Strong problem-solving capacity
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
