About the role:
This role will see you joining an existing team as an Automation Test Analyst. You will be continuously working to improve processes and provide input on the design and deployment of effective test suites/related test infrastructure. Working closely with the development team you will be continually looking to advance the testing function within the company, this would be key in contributing toward your future success. You will engage in a Manual and Automation Hybrid testing environment moving towards Automation over time.
Indicative skills & experience utilised in the role:

At least 3-5 years of experience in an automation testing role

2+ years of programming language experience (Python/Java/C#)

An ability to build, maintain and enhance robust automation frameworks for complex solutions (Web, APIs & Desktop applications)

Understanding of database and how to write queries (desirable)

Experienced writing, executing, and monitoring of automated test suites using a variety of technologies including Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, Cucumber, Postman, Test Complete or similar tools

Keen to promote CI/CD best practices

Experienced in bug tracking and test management toolsets

Strong working knowledge of software testing fundamentals such as TDD and BDD

Proven experience in completing functional, integration, system, and regression testing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
